With a deep commitment to quality and accessibility, Philips focuses on delivering advanced medical devices, solutions, and services designed to enhance patient outcomes across various care settings. The company prides itself on its long-standing history of pioneering healthcare technology and its culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning. Philips operates on the core belief that every human matters, and it strives tirelessly to ensure that quality healthcare is accessible to everyone, everywhere. The company's patient monitoring products are well-regarded in the healthcare industry for their reliability and innovative features, supporting clinical teams in making informed decisions that improve patient care.

This critical care nurse role as a Clinical Solution Specialist - Patient Monitoring, located in New Mexico or Arizona, is a dynamic and engaging opportunity for a nurse passionate about combining clinical expertise with technology to optimize patient outcomes. The role requires extensive travel throughout the Southwest US and the Pacific Rim, with about 90% travel expected. As a key clinical resource for Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring customers, the specialist collaborates closely with sales, field service, and project management teams through all phases of implementation and go-live processes. The Clinical Solution Specialist serves as the clinical application knowledge expert and is responsible for designing, optimizing, configuring, and delivering patient monitoring solutions tailored to individual customer needs.

This position demands someone with a deep understanding of critical care environments such as ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, or PICU, preferably with high-risk labor and delivery experience. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of registered nursing experience in hospital settings and bring expertise in clinical workflows, adult education delivery, and clinical training. Mastery of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications is preferred. The role focuses on ensuring a quality customer experience by assessing clinical workflows, evaluating educational needs, creating and delivering custom education plans, and supporting customers through initial equipment usage and ongoing adoption. Troubleshooting and resolving clinical-technical issues, managing complex implementations, and maintaining strong internal and external relationships are also central responsibilities.

Philips offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $143,000 for roles in Arizona and New Mexico, alongside a company fleet vehicle, extensive training and professional advancement opportunities, and potential additional compensation through performance incentives. The company provides comprehensive benefits as part of its Total Rewards program, including generous paid time off, 401k with up to 7% matching, health savings accounts with company contributions, stock purchase plans, and education reimbursement. This role requires a candidate who is flexible, adaptable, and able to work in various environments including office, home, and hospital settings while adhering to safety and operational protocols. Philips values diversity and inclusion, promotes a drug-free workplace, and requires US work authorization for all employees.

Joining Philips as a Clinical Solution Specialist is an opportunity to be part of a leading health technology company where you can make a meaningful impact in patient care through technology.
