We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Server to join our restaurant team. The primary role of the Server is to provide attentive, responsive, and courteous service that leads to an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Servers are essential ambassadors of the restaurant's hospitality, aiming to create a marvelous atmosphere so guests feel compelled to return. The Server is responsible for everything from greeting guests, presenting menus, providing detailed information about menu options including ingredients and preparation methods, to delivering food and beverages efficiently and courteously. The role requires availability to work nights and weekends, reflecting the busy and dynamic schedule of the hospitality and restaurant industry. In addition to directly interacting with guests, the Server will coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and maintain high standards of presentation including garnishing and decorating dishes.

Beyond basic serving duties, the Server assists in preparing specialty dishes and drinks, recommends wine selections to enhance dining experiences, handles payment transactions with accuracy, and maintains a clean and organized dining environment. The role demands excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Alongside primary responsibilities, the Server supports the overall operation by helping with reservation management, seating, and answering guest inquiries, including providing local information and directions when needed.
