Job Duties
- Assist management with crew training
- perform hourly tasks providing direction and control as needed
- open restaurant including cash reconciliation and bank deposits
- supervise morning crew setup of pizza make line and dining room
- independently supervise restaurant operation during slow afternoon periods
- assist management with evening floor management
- provide ongoing training to hourly employees
