We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Crew Leader to join our management team. This role is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensuring smooth service during all shifts. The Crew Leader is responsible for assisting management with crew training, overseeing floor management, and taking charge of the restaurant when management is not present. This position includes performing hourly tasks that involve directing staff, maintaining operational standards, and supervising activities throughout the restaurant. The successful candidate will play an essential role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of service during both peak and slower periods.
As a Crew Leader at Sprockets, your responsibilities will span from opening duties such as cash reconciliation and bank deposits, to supervising the morning crew during the setup of the pizza make line and dining room. During slower afternoon hours, you will independently oversee restaurant operations, ensuring that all aspects of service run smoothly. In the evening, you will assist management with floor supervision and provide ongoing training to hourly employees as needed. While this role involves leadership and oversight, it does not include hiring, firing, or ordering supplies. Instead, Crew Leaders focus on immediate crew support, operational flow, and training enhancement.
