Job Description

McDonald's operates on the principles of quality, service, cleanliness, and value, aiming to provide an exceptional dining experience to millions of customers worldwide every day. As a franchise-owned restaurant, this location maintains the high standards associated with the McDonald's brand while emphasizing local values and community involvement. Known for its inclusive work environment and commitment to employee development, this McDonald's franchise is a great place for individuals seeking to build a career in the fast-food industry or simply gain valuable work experience in a supportive, fast-paced setting.\n\nThe position available is for a Crew Trainer, a critical role within the restaurant team responsible for ensuring all crew members are properly trained and operate consistently within McDonald's established procedures. The Crew Trainer will work closely with the shift leaders and management team to uphold food safety standards, train new hires, and maintain daily operational excellence. This is a part-time, hourly position designed for individuals passionate about learning, teaching, and advancing their leadership skills in a dynamic environment. The role is not a corporate office job but one that places the individual directly on the restaurant floor, engaging with team members and contributing actively to the restaurant’s success.\n\nAs a Crew Trainer, your responsibilities will include performing daily procedures meticulously, adhering to food safety protocols, managing service times, and training crew members across various stations such as kitchen, drive-thru, and service areas. You will be expected to maintain daily cleanliness standards and accomplish assigned operational tasks (called SOCs). Moreover, this role offers substantial personal and professional growth opportunities, supported by internal training programs and leadership development initiatives.\n\nThe position offers competitive starting pay, up to $15 per hour depending on experience, plus a range of valuable benefits including paid time off after two years of service, free educational programs, college degree opportunities through Colorado Technical University, tuition reimbursement, leadership development programs, and employee discounts.
