Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- plan and monitor shift performance to meet McDonald’s standards
- enforce food safety, safety and security protocols
- manage inventory and daily maintenance
- schedule and train staff
- communicate effectively with team and prepare next shift manager
