Job Requirements

Minimum age of 16 years to work as a crew trainer
Willingness to work flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Reliable and punctual
Eligible to work in the country
Willingness to assist in all areas of the restaurant as needed

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or food service is an advantage but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership or mentoring ability
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Must be at least 16 years old
