Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Availability for lunch to mid shifts typically between 11:00am-4:00pm
- Flexibility for earlier or later shifts based on restaurant needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to teamwork and customer service
- Willingness to complete training and education programs
- Capable of performing various physical tasks including cleaning and food preparation

Job Duties
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world famous food
- Maintain a clean counter and serving area
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals
- Perform combined duties taking orders, preparing, and serving food and beverages
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic through cleaning duties
