This franchisee holds the license to use McDonalds logos, branding, and food products but independently manages hiring, staffing, disciplinary actions, and employment decisions without any involvement from McDonaldUSA. If employed, the franchisee will be your direct employer and responsible for all employment matters including your application, interviews, hiring process, and ongoing management.
