Job Description
This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent McDonald franchisee, a separate company from McDonald USA. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald s logos, branding, and food products but independently manages hiring, staffing, disciplinary actions, and employment decisions without any involvement from McDonald USA. If employed, the franchisee will be your direct employer and responsible for all employment matters including your application, interviews, hiring process, and ongoing management.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch, and late nights
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Must be able to excel in a fast-paced team environment
- Outstanding attitude and good communication skills

- Previous customer service experience is a plus
