Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass a background check

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a big smile and connect with them to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald's world famous food
- Work as a team with other crew members and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic - clean, sanitized and safe for our employees and customers
