McMarro Family Restaurants are a distinguished group of independent franchisee-operated McDonald's restaurants located throughout Southern California. With over 30 years of experience in the quick-service restaurant industry, McMarro has built a reputation for excellence by focusing on community involvement, employee development, and delivering high-quality food service. Job Qualifications
- must be 16 years or older to apply

Job Duties
- contribute to a safe and respectful workplace by practicing respectful communication with co-workers and customers
- provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a friendly manner and following McDonald’s procedures
- prepare and cook food items according to McDonald’s standards focusing on food safety
- maintain safety compliance by following all company procedures to prevent work accidents
- perform cleaning and sanitization duties to keep the restaurant and customer areas clean
- demonstrate teamwork by reporting on time, doing your best, and assisting co-workers
- follow company appearance policy consistently
- adapt by learning to operate different workstations and adjusting to change
- upsell and promote menu items and encourage customer use of surveys and the McDonald app
- manage stocking and inventory to ensure the restaurant is well supplied
