The role of Crew Team Member at McMarro Family Restaurants is vital to the successful daily operation of the restaurant. This position involves providing outstanding customer service by welcoming customers warmly, ensuring their visits are memorable, delivering high-quality food products, and maintaining a clean and friendly environment. Crew members are expected to be versatile and adaptable, proficient in multiple workstations including the drive-thru, front counter, food preparation and cooking areas, dining room, restrooms, and parking lot. Additionally, crew members handle various cleaning and sanitization tasks in these areas to uphold McDonald's stringent food safety and cleanliness standards. This position requires working efficiently in a fast-paced setting, maintaining safety compliance, and cooperating closely with team members to achieve restaurant goals. From greeting customers and preparing food to assisting in inventory and promoting menu items, the crew member’s contributions are integral to the overall customer experience and operational success. This position offers an hourly wage of $20 to $21.75, along with substantial employee benefits.
