This job opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use the McDonald's brand logo and food products. While the establishment operates under the McDonald's name, it is important to note that this restaurant is not directly managed or operated by McDonald's USA. Instead, the local franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment-related decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Therefore, employees work directly for the franchise, gaining the benefits and experiences associated with being part of a McDonald's franchise, but not employed by McDonald's corporate entity itself.
