This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, distinctly separate from McDonald's USA. While the franchisee holds a license to utilize McDonald's logos and food products, the franchisee operates as an independent employer responsible for all aspects of employment, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, supervision, and scheduling. Job Requirements
