Job Description
This job posting is for a position with an independent McDonald's franchisee, a restaurant owned and operated separately from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's branding and food products but operates as a distinct entity responsible for all employment matters. As such, if hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, which means all hiring, scheduling, and staffing decisions are managed by the franchisee itself. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Legal authorization to work in the country
- Basic English proficiency for communication
- Willingness to comply with franchisee policies and procedures
