Job Description
This job opening is for a Crew Team Member position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee authorized to use McDonald’s logos and food products. This franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA, which means that all employment matters including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled solely by the franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This ensures a localized management style with direct involvement of the franchisee in the employment experience and decisions for their restaurant.

Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Willingness to work a flexible part-time or full-time schedule including breakfast, lunch, late nights and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Capability to work as part of a team
- Strong customer service orientation

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world-famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, completing side cleaning tasks and other tasks as needed
- Deliver food and beverages to customers after their order has been placed, assist with drink refills
