This job position is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise. Unlike corporate McDonald's locations, this franchisee operates as a separate company licensed to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products. While the restaurant serves McDonald's world-famous menu items, the employment relationship is directly with the franchise owner, not McDonald's USA. This distinction means the franchisee is solely responsible for all employment decisions including hiring, firing, scheduling, and staff management. McDonald's USA has no involvement or control over these employment matters.

Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older (15 with work permit)
- ability to work overnight shifts between 9pm and 7am
- willingness to work part-time or full-time hours
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow directions and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- willingness to learn and grow
- ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts
- basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite meals
- prepare McDonald's world famous food
- partner with crew and managers to meet daily goals
