Job Requirements
- minimum 16 years of age or 14/15 with valid school issued work permit
- no previous experience required
- ability to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- ability to stand for long periods
- willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
- prepare all of McDonald’s world famous food
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- greet guests and communicate with them while ordering
- offer assistance to those in need of some extra hands
