This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, distinct from McDonald's USA corporate operations. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos, food products, and brand identity for daily restaurant operations, but it functions as a separate company and is the sole employer responsible for all employment decisions. Unlike working directly for McDonald's USA, employees hired here report solely to this independent franchisee, who manages hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, discipline, and overall supervision within the restaurant.
