This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee has the license to use McDonald's logos, brand, and food products, managing their own restaurant operations, including all employment matters such as hiring, firing, training, and scheduling. As such, the franchisee is the direct employer rather than McDonald's USA, which does not control the day-to-day employment aspects of the restaurant or participate in employment decisions.
