This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee operating a McDonald’s restaurant, separate and distinct from McDonald’s USA. While the franchisee uses the McDonald’s brand name, logos, and food products, they operate as a standalone business entity with sole control over all employment matters, including hiring, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. The employment relationship you enter into when hired will be with the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. This distinction means that all decisions about your employment, from interviews to termination, are handled exclusively by the franchisee.
