This job opportunity is presented by an independent franchisee operating a restaurant under the globally recognized McDonald's brand. McDonald's, known worldwide for its quick service and iconic menu items, operates through a system of independently owned and operated franchises. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, recipes, and products but operates as a separate legal entity from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- capable of working flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to stand for long periods
- able to follow instructions and operate kitchen equipment safely
- willingness to participate in training programs
- commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to learn and grow
- age 16 or older
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
