This opportunity is offered by a restaurant owned and operated by an independent McDonald's franchisee. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and menu items as part of running the restaurant; however, it is a separate entity from McDonald's USA and is responsible for all employment decisions. This means the franchisee manages hiring, staffing, scheduling, firing, discipline, and supervision independently from McDonald's USA, and the corporate entity does not receive or process employment applications or influence employment outcomes.
