This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchise. Unlike McDonald’s USA corporate locations, the restaurant is owned by a separate franchisee who holds the license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products to serve customers. This independent franchisee is the sole employer responsible for the restaurant's employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, discipline, and supervision of employees. McDonald’s USA has no involvement or control over these employment decisions. When hired, you will work directly for this franchisee as the employer, providing a unique and personalized experience that aligns with local business practices and community needs.

In this role, you will connect with customers ensuring each guest receives a positive and friendly dining experience. You will assist customers in ordering their favorite iconic McDonald’s meals, prepare world-famous food items according to high quality and safety standards, collaborate with coworkers and managers to meet daily operational goals, and contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. The position is flexible and offers part-time shifts that can accommodate various schedules including breakfast, lunch, evenings, weekends, or late-night shifts.

The ideal candidate will bring an outstanding attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and the ability to excel in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Previous experience is not required as comprehensive training is provided to ensure success. Applicants must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
