This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products while operating the restaurant, but it functions as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. As a result, all employment matters—including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling—are managed solely by the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not participate in employment decisions or receive copies of employment applications. As a Crew Team Member, your day-to-day responsibilities will have meaningful impact. You will connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience while helping them order their favorite McDonald's meals. You’ll also prepare McDonald's world-famous food, working closely with other crew members and managers to achieve daily goals and maintain a fun atmosphere.
