This job opening is for a Crew Team Member position at a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald’s locations, this restaurant is run by a franchisee who holds a license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products but functions as a completely separate company and legal employer from McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- willingness to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- ability to work part-time or full-time
- reliable and punctual
- good physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform various restaurant tasks
- ability to interact positively with customers and team members
