This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding while running the restaurant. However, it is important to note that this franchisee operates as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer and solely responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, employee discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not exert control over employment decisions at the franchisee's restaurant and will not be involved in the application process or employment deliberations.
