This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent McDonald's franchisee, not by McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but functions as a separate entity entirely responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees. This independent ownership means that while the branding and menu may align with McDonald's USA, the employment relationship and business operations are managed independently by the franchisee.
