This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. Unlike corporate McDonald's locations, this restaurant is owned by a local franchisee who holds a license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products but operates as a separate business entity from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, employee supervision, scheduling, and overall management of the restaurant staff. This means that if you are hired, your official employer will be the franchisee and not McDonald's USA. As such, all employment decisions such as job interviews, hiring, and discipline are handled exclusively by the franchisee organization without involvement from McDonald's USA.
