This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. This franchise operates separately from McDonald's USA, and as such, is a distinct company and employer. The franchisee holds full responsibility for all employment matters including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision, while McDonald's USA does not participate in these processes or decisions. This unique arrangement means that any employment relationship, including hiring and management, occurs directly between the employee and the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.

Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends
- availability for part-time or full-time shifts
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- good communication skills
