This role is for a Crew Team Member, a key player who contributes to the daily success of the restaurant by engaging customers, preparing world-famous McDonald's food, and collaborating with teammates to meet operational goals. The position is part-time or full-time and offers flexible scheduling to suit various lifestyle needs, including shifts during breakfast, lunch, late nights, or weekends. Crew members are trained through proven methods and can take advantage of the Archways to Opportunity education programs, which provide access to high school completion courses, tuition assistance for college education, and English Language learning courses, making this much more than just a job. Starting pay ranges from $15.50 to $18.00 per hour.
