As a Crew Member, you will be involved in preparing real food by hand every day, operating across various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo – all without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Chipotle offers competitive compensation ranging from $15.75 to $16.75 per hour, supplemented by digital tips.
