Job Description

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE: CMG) is a global leader in the fast-casual dining sector, renowned for its commitment to serving responsibly sourced, classically cooked, real food made from wholesome ingredients without artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Established as a forward-thinking restaurant chain, Chipotle has locations across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany. Unlike many other fast-food corporations, Chipotle owns and operates all its restaurants in North America and Europe, ensuring strict quality control and a consistent customer experience worldwide. The company is deeply invested in driving positive change within the food industry by promoting sustainable farming and food sourcing practices, aiming to cultivate a better world for its customers, employees, and communities alike.

Chipotle is not just known for its food but also for its distinctive approach to employee development and organizational culture. It fosters an environment where employees are valued, respected, and given opportunities to grow. Chipotle offers a clear career path, with over 80 percent of its managers having been promoted from crew positions, highlighting its dedication to internal growth and professional development. The company provides exceptional training programs that equip employees with the skills and confidence to work effectively at various stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Chipotle’s team members take pride in delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that customers enjoy and expect.

The position at Chipotle is designed for individuals who are passionate about food and customer service, regardless of their previous experience. Whether you have worked as a dishwasher, cook, cashier, server, or have no prior experience, Chipotle welcomes enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated individuals to join their teams. The company embraces diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunity employment, ensuring a supportive working environment where all employees can thrive and advance. This role is ideal for anyone eager to learn, grow, and build a rewarding career in the fast-paced, people-focused world of fast-casual dining.

In addition to a fulfilling work environment, Chipotle offers competitive compensation and benefits, including tuition assistance covering 100 percent for select degrees or up to $5,250 per year, free food during shifts, medical, dental, and vision insurance, digital tips, paid time off, holiday closures, and flexible full- and part-time opportunities. Employees also appreciate the opportunities for advancement, with a culture that nurtures talent and encourages team members to succeed. Working at Chipotle means joining a company that is shaping the future of food through innovation, technology, and a commitment to sustainable practices. Join Chipotle where your work contributes to a bigger mission: making better food accessible to everyone and cultivating a better world, one meal at a time.
