Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in fast food or customer service is preferred but not required
- must be able to pass sandwich making tests within two weeks
- willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
- must have physical stamina to work 30-40 hours per week
- must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- must maintain positive and enthusiastic demeanor
- ability to follow all company systems and procedures accurately and with integrity
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
- good communication skills
- ability to follow procedures with accuracy and integrity
Job Duties
- Execute genuine greetings and farewells
- take orders
- operate the cash register
- collect payments from customers
- make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches
- comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- pass sandwich tests at required times
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets
- fill out systems and procedures with 100 percent accuracy and integrity
- maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
- display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- perform other related duties as required
