We are currently seeking enthusiastic In-Shopper/Crew Members to join our team. This role focuses on crafting our signature freaky fresh sandwiches quickly and accurately, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the store. As an In-Shopper/Crew Member, you will be the face of our brand, greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Job Requirements
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
- Physical stamina to work 30-40 hours per week
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, see close and distant objects, and perceive depth
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass sandwich making tests within two weeks of employment
- Compliance with dress code and appearance standards
- Ability to maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Availability to work flexible shifts including short daytime shifts
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and basic fractions
- Ability to provide world-class customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with store policies
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in fast food or customer service is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and develop sandwich making skills
Job Duties
- Execute genuine greetings and farewells, take orders, operate the cash register, collect payments from customers, and other cash handling duties
- Make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches
- Comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- Must be able to pass sandwich tests at the end of the first two weeks of employment and at future testing times
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- Take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets
- Fill out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
- Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
- Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Perform other related duties as required
