The Wenspok Companies is a privately owned franchise operator of Wendy's Restaurants in the United States. They manage a total of 52 Wendy's restaurants spread across several states including Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Colorado, South Dakota, Nebraska, and California. This job opportunity is for a Crew Member position primarily focused on early morning shifts, including opening, mid-day, and weekend shifts, at the Wendy's franchise location at 61395 South Highway 97, Bend, OR 97702. This role offers a starting wage of $18 per hour and is ideal for early risers, students, or anyone seeking a morning shift that fits a flexible schedule. As Wendy's is launching its breakfast service, this position is particularly significant in delivering an excellent customer experience during morning hours. Crew members are trained to perform multiple functions within the restaurant setting, ensuring versatility and a dynamic work environment.

The successful candidate will gain experience working with breakfast items, preparing and organizing the dining area, cooking on the grill, handling fries and nuggets, assembling sandwiches, managing drinks, and operating the register and drive-thru. Beyond these responsibilities, crew members will be entrusted with critical opening duties such as preparing salads, pulling product from the freezer, cleaning and sanitizing work areas, and handling waste disposal. Pre-closing and closing responsibilities involve cleaning and restocking, grill maintenance, vacuuming, and washing dishes. This comprehensive role offers hands-on experience in a high-paced restaurant environment and the chance to work alongside a supportive team.

Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • ability to stand for long periods without breaks
  • flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to lift, carry, and/or push up to 50 lbs
  • based on relevant work experience

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
