The role of Crew Member is vital to maintaining the high standards of customer service and operational excellence at our multiple locations in MLK, Palisade, and West Side. This position primarily involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers by promptly and accurately handling orders, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting fellow team members in their duties. Adaptability and a positive attitude are essential as the workplace is fast-paced and requires constant readiness to meet dynamic demands. Crew Members serve as the face of the company, directly influencing customer satisfaction through their professionalism and attentiveness. Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, providing product information and recommendations, preparing and serving food and beverages according to quality and safety standards, and keeping the workspaces organized and hygienic. Job Requirements

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
Basic math skills to handle transactions and cash register operations
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or food service industry
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
