Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to use restaurant equipment including warmer, fryer, slicer, and grill
- Ability to use headset for taking orders and receiving direction
- Ability to come to work promptly and regularly
- Ability to take direction and work well with others
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
- Ability to react to change productively and handle other assigned tasks
- Ability to complete all applicable training programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, cold, or other elements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or retail is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willingness to learn and follow restaurant policies
- Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail
Job Duties
- Take customer orders using headset
- Prepare menu items accurately and efficiently
- Operate restaurant equipment such as fryer, grill, and slicer
- Manage cash register and handle transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Load stock and supplies as needed
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
