The Team Member role at Little Caesars is a dynamic and essential position designed to create an exceptional guest experience by performing a variety of duties within the restaurant. Whether acting as the “Dough person,” “Shakerboarder,” or “Guest Service Specialist,” employees are dedicated to delivering hot and fresh food while ensuring guests leave satisfied. This role involves a combination of front-line customer service and food preparation responsibilities. Working primarily the second shift, Team Members must be flexible with their hours, which are determined by the Store Manager at hire. This may include overtime or temporary adjustments based on business needs. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be able to work all positions within the restaurant. Essential job functions include preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, handling customer orders and payments, and engaging with guests in a polite and efficient manner. Team Members are expected to adhere to safety standards and operational procedures while demonstrating strong communication skills. Physical demands of the role are significant, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy items (up to 55 pounds), withstanding extreme temperatures, and performing various motions such as bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling. Additionally, some outdoor duties involve the ability to work in heat or cold while holding and shaking promotional signs. Availability is required from Monday through Sunday with varying shifts offered based on employee availability. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to see sufficiently to maintain safety and determine product quality, service and cleanliness
  • Must have mobility to get to multiple stations within the restaurant
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to count, separate and weigh all types of food products and inventory items
  • Must be able to withstand heat above 90 degrees in summer and below freezing in winter
  • Must be able to work outside holding and shaking promotional signs
  • Must be able to work with oven temperatures up to 650 degrees
  • Must be able to communicate by speaking, reading, hearing, and writing with customers, crew and management
  • Must be able to process and complete customer orders including counting money and processing credit card transactions properly
  • Must be able to lift one or both arms over head up to 100 percent
  • Must be able to lift one or both arms from the sides up to 100 percent
  • Must be able to bend one or both arms to the shoulders up to 100 percent
  • Must be able to bend the back up to 90 degrees to lift objects from the floor
  • Must be able to twist the back left and right up to 90 degrees
  • Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Must be able to push and pull up to 55 pounds
  • Must be able to squat or crouch to lift items from floor level
  • Available to work Monday through Sunday with varying shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions accurately
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Physical capability to perform job duties including lifting and pushing up to 55 pounds
