Job Requirements
- ability to handle food safely and follow hygiene standards
- reliable and punctual with a consistent attendance record
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- energetic and able to perform physical tasks required in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer service is an advantage but not required
- strong verbal communication skills
- friendly and outgoing personality
- ability to work well in a team environment
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- knowledge of proper safe handling techniques for all food or chemicals used
- anticipates kitchen member needs by constantly evaluating environment and responding to cues as necessary
- maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchens, loading dock, dumpster and utility work areas
- assists with receiving delivery of product on behalf of our restaurant team
- complete daily and weekly checklists
- maintain a proactive approach to the health, safety and security of all staff at all times
- greet guests and provide a memorable experience
