The role emphasizes the importance of clear, positive communication with management, team members, and customers, contributing to a cohesive work environment.

Additional duties include delivery assistance by running food orders to vehicles or delivery drivers, cleaning and stocking workstations, labeling products, and monitoring inventory levels. The role requires employees to keep supervisors informed about food supply shortages and consistently adhere to company policies and quality standards. Problem-solving and teamwork are crucial components, involving collaboration with managers and co-workers to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.

On a broader scale, employees represent the company’s values by promoting team spirit, ensuring proper attendance and conduct, giving and receiving constructive feedback, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in cross-training across different departments. This comprehensive approach not only enhances individual capabilities but also supports the franchise's ongoing success and reputation.

This position welcomes applicants who are at least sixteen years old and can successfully pass the company's background checks. It is perfect for those seeking to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where multitasking is essential and where integrity, confidentiality, and customer service excellence are paramount.
