This role is for a Team Member at Wonder located in Green Brook Township. The Team Member position is available for both full-time and part-time employment, offering a competitive pay rate of $17.50 per hour with an additional $2.00 per hour premium for overnight shifts worked between midnight and 5 a.m. Wonder also offers opportunities to earn more through roles such as Certified Team Member (+$0.50/hr) and Trainer (+$1.50/hr), providing clear pathways for career advancement. This position involves a combination of food preparation, customer service, sanitation, and teamwork. As a Team Member, you will bring menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life while creating an inviting and positive experience for every guest. Your daily tasks will vary, giving you the chance to master multiple roles that enhance your skills and make a real impact within the team.

Your responsibilities include preparing menu items to meet Wonder’s high standards while ensuring that stations are clean, stocked, and organized. You will be required to follow strict HACCP and food safety guidelines, including managing proper temperatures and storage to maintain health standards. You will also handle inventory scans, pack accurate portions, and check orders before they go out to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will deliver incredible hospitality by warmly greeting guests, assisting with orders, pickups, and payments, as well as supporting meal-kit and delivery operations.

Part of the job involves keeping the restaurant in impeccable condition, maintaining top-tier sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas, washing and restocking cookware and utensils, managing trash and recycling correctly, and promptly reporting any equipment issues. Being a key team player is essential; you will support your teammates, jump in where needed, and help maintain a positive, high-energy environment.
