This job opportunity is for a Crew Team Member position at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. While the franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, they are fully responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
