Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- Dependable and have a great smile
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with team members and customers
- Willingness to learn new tasks and be part of a team
- Ability to correct issues promptly if something does not seem right
- Able to stand and move for the duration of the shift
- Capable of using restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Follow Wendy's brand standards and maintain a clean restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
