Working primarily on the second shift, team members will have schedules explained at the time of hire, with recognition that hours may vary according to job responsibilities and operational needs. Flexibility is essential as there may be occasions requiring overtime or modified hours.

Job Requirements

  • ability to see sufficiently to maintain safety and determine product quality
  • mobility to get to multiple stations within the restaurant
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to count, separate, and weigh food products and inventory
  • withstand 90 degree plus heat and cold temperatures
  • ability to hold and shake signboard outdoors
  • ability to work with 650 degree oven temperatures
  • ability to follow directions and communicate verbally and in writing
  • ability to process and complete customer orders, including handling money and credit cards
  • ability to lift and push up to 55 pounds
  • ability to bend, twist, squat, and crouch as required by job duties
  • availability to work Monday through Sunday, various shifts based on need

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
  • ability to follow directions and work in a team
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
