The Crew Member role is integral to the smooth operation of our restaurant. Individuals in this position are trained to perform a variety of tasks, enabling them to work efficiently in several key areas such as cooking, cash handling, food preparation, and drive-thru service. These positions include Cook, Cashier, Front or Backline Prep, and Drive Thru Attendant. Crew Members are crucial in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and restaurant cleanliness. Responsibility for opening and closing procedures based on assigned shifts is expected, ensuring proper preparation and closeout of daily operations. This role demands flexibility, reliability, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, as team members interact directly with guests and handle essential restaurant functions. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service or retail is a plus

  • flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Offers friendly service to all guests
  • takes customer orders maintains fast accurate service and positive guest relations
  • operates grill and fryers in an efficient and safe manner
  • ensures company standards on equipment facility and grounds are maintained
  • ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • maintains the restaurant with regards to cleanliness neatness and customer accessibility
  • uses the company cash register accurately and maintains proper control of company assets
  • works as a team member to support other restaurant employees in their duties
  • other duties as assigned by general manager or shift leader
