The Crew Member position at Five Guys plays a critical role within the restaurant, tasked with performing essential duties across various areas, including the cash register, grill, dressing station, fry station, lobby, and morning prep area. As a Crew Member, you will receive competitive hourly compensation ranging from $16.50 to $17 per hour, supplemented by tips which average an additional $2 per hour.
