This franchisee holds the license to operate using the McDonald's brand, logos, and renowned food products, but operates as a separate entity from McDonald's USA. It is important to note that McDonald's USA has no role in the employment decisions, staffing, scheduling, or daily operations at this restaurant. Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- no prior experience required
- ability to work flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
