This job opening is for the role of a Crew Member at Tri-Arc Food Systems, specifically for its Bojangles franchise. As a Crew Member, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience. You will be involved in operating the cash register efficiently, handling orders accurately, preparing delicious food items especially biscuits and grilled foods, and managing drive-thru orders. Maintaining a clean and inviting dining area is also an important part of the role. This position requires individuals who are organized, enthusiastic, able to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously with a positive attitude, and are passionate about delivering quality food service.
