As a Crew Member, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience. You will be involved in operating the cash register efficiently, handling orders accurately, preparing delicious food items especially biscuits and grilled foods, and managing drive-thru orders. Maintaining a clean and inviting dining area is also an important part of the role.
