Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be at least 16 years old
Customer service orientation
Ability to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a team player
Basic math skills
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company standards

Job Duties

Serve customers according to the Ten Customer Service Standards, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and the telephone and front counter procedures
Prepare high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures
Display the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and as directed by management
Clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain restaurant image standards
Practice safety and security procedures as defined in the Little Caesars Colleague Orientation and Training Handbook and by government agencies
Follow Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct
Work productively as part of the restaurant team
