The position offers both full and part-time opportunities, competitive compensation with a base pay range of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour plus eligibility for digital tips. Additionally, Chipotle offers a generous benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday closures, digital tips, and tuition assistance covering 100% for select degrees or up to $5,250 per year.
