Chipotle provides comprehensive training to help crew members gain confidence in all restaurant stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo positions. No prior experience is required, and the company welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds, including those with previous experience as dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook.

The pay for this position ranges from $15.25 to $16.25 per hour, with eligibility for digital tips and a competitive benefits package.
